Terms and conditions



These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding contract (“Agreement”) between you and HomeCarShare (as defined below) governing your access to and use of the Website, including any subdomains and other websites. , through which HomeCarShare makes available HomeCarShare Services (collectively, “Site”), our mobile, tablet and other smart device applications, as well as application programming interfaces (collectively, “Application”) and all associated services. (collectively, “HomeCarShare Services”). The HomeCarShare Website, Application and Services are hereinafter jointly referred to as the “HomeCarShare Platform”.

References in these Terms to “HomeCarShare”, “we”, “us” or “ours” mean the HomeCarShare company with which you are entering into the agreement.

The user is entering into a contract with PLANET FORWARD - UNIPESSOAL LDA, legal person No. 514491078, headquartered in Rua Pires de Carvalho No. 12, in Lousã, Portugal.

Our collection and use of personal information relating to your access to and use of the HomeCarShare Platform is described in our Privacy Policy.

Any and all payment processing services through or within your use of the HomeCarShare Platform (“Payment Services”) are made available to you by one or more entities.

Owner and Driver (“Service Providers”) are solely responsible for identifying, understanding and complying with all laws, rules and regulations applicable to their Ads and Services Provided. For example, some cities have laws that limit their ability to accommodate paying Travelers for short periods of time or to provide some services from Service Providers. In many cities Service Providers may need to register, obtain authorization or obtain a license before lodging, transporting, preparing food or offering alcohol for sale.

Some cities may require a license to serve as a tour guide. Service Providers are solely responsible for identifying and obtaining the necessary licenses, permits or registrations relating to the services they provide. Some types of Services may be completely prohibited. Penalties may include fines or other sanctions. If you have questions about how local law applies to your HomeCarShare Ad (s) and Service (s) you should always seek legal advice.

1. Scope of HomeCarShare Services

1.1 The HomeCarShare Platform is an online marketplace that allows registered users (“Members”) and certain third parties offering services (Members and third parties offering services are “Service Provider (s)” the services they provide. offer are the “Owner Services” and “Driver Services”, collectively “Services Provided”) publish the Services Provided on the HomeCarShare Platform (“Announcements”) and communicate and transact directly with Members seeking to book such Services Provided (Members using the Services Provided are “Travelers”). 1.2 As a provider of the HomeCarShare Platform, HomeCarShare does not own, create, sell, provide, manage, offer, provide or provide any Owner Services, Driver Services or Advertisements.
