Discover Villa , a charming retreat located in the picturesque parish of Albufeira and Guia, perfect for a relaxing and comfortable stay. This spacious and well-equipped property is ideal for groups and families seeking a warm and tranquil environment.

Villa features two main bedrooms in the main house: an elegant double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a cozy twin bedroom. Additionally, a separate annex by the pool offers two more twin bedrooms and a shared bathroom with a shower, providing extra space and privacy for all guests.

The common areas are designed to maximize comfort and togetherness. The open-plan living room and kitchen are perfect for leisure moments and shared meals. Outside, you’ll find a charming porch with a dining table, ideal for enjoying al fresco meals while taking in the pool view. A barbecue area is also available for your gatherings.

The entire property is equipped with air conditioning, ensuring a pleasant environment throughout your stay, regardless of the season.

Please note that Villa does not accept young groups. Only groups where the majority of guests are 25 years old or older are welcome. Additionally, pets are not allowed. The accommodation is ideal for up to 8 guests, with the possibility of accommodating 2 additional guests if needed.

Car rental is advised – if you wish to rent a car, we can assist you with your request.

Other transport options include the local bus, the "Giro" of Albufeira, with various routes throughout the city, and local taxis, which are readily available and reasonably priced (contact information will be provided).

The changeover day for this property is Saturday.

**If your flights are booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the changeover day, please send an inquiry to confirm if they can be accepted before making a reservation.**

Standard Deposit: €750 | Group Deposit: €200 per person (paid by credit card only).

We provide extras to meet your needs:

- Cot for just €21 per week;
- Highchair for just €21 per week;
- Food Hamper: Small €45/ Medium €55/ Large €75/ Extra Large €90

All extras must be paid by credit card only, at least 2 weeks before your arrival. You will receive a secure link created on our payment platform.
