Discover your dream holiday retreat in the serene surroundings of Albufeira. This beautiful villa, with its own private pool, offers the perfect combination of tranquility and convenience, providing an ideal getaway for families or groups of friends.

On the ground floor, you will find a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for preparing delicious meals, as well as a laundry room and pantry. The dining room has a table to enjoy meals together, and two cozy living rooms with comfortable sofas invite you to relax and rest. There is a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with twin beds and a bedroom with a double bed and a private bathroom. Additionally, there is a bathroom with a shower and another with a bathtub.

The first floor offers a bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom, and another bedroom with three single beds and an en-suite bathroom, providing ample space and privacy for everyone.

The villa also features air conditioning and Wi-Fi, ensuring a comfortable and connected stay.

The outdoor area is equally inviting, with an outdoor dining area, perfect for enjoying meals in the fresh air. Sun loungers are available to soak up the sun, and a BBQ offers delicious options for alfresco cooking. For entertainment, there is a ping pong table and a snooker table. The private pool, which can be heated at an additional cost, is the highlight of the outdoor space, offering a refreshing escape on hot days.

Pool heating will always be an asset to your vacation, especially when traveling with children. The water temperature when the pool heating is activated will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC higher than if there was no heating in the pool.

Changeover day is Thursday (however, there may be flexibility in low season)

Standard Security Deposit: €500 | Group deposit: €150 per person (payable by credit card only).

Please note that occupancy of this property is 10 people.
However, it is possible to accept 4 more people, who will be accommodated in extra beds.

We provide extras that meet your needs:

- Heated Swimming Pool for just €364 per week;
- Cot for just €21 per week;
- Highchair for just €21 per week;
- Food basket: Small €45/ Medium €55/ Large €75/ Very Large €90

All extras must be paid by credit card only, at least 2 weeks before your arrival. You will receive a secure link created on our payment platform.
