On the ground floor you will find 4 bedrooms: a bedroom with a double bed and a double sofa bed, another bedroom with a double bed, a third bedroom with two single beds and a fourth bedroom with four bunk beds and a bathroom. private bathroom, with direct access to the garden. There are also two additional bathrooms with showers for your convenience.

The open-plan design seamlessly merges the spacious living room into a multifunctional area with a double sofa bed, ideal for accommodating additional guests or larger groups. The living room has an indoor dining table and chairs for shared meals, prepared in the fully equipped kitchen, with electric hob, microwave, oven, toaster, fridge, kettle and dishwasher.

Free WiFi, a washing machine and air conditioning are also provided for your convenience.

On the first floor, you will find a bedroom with a bunk bed, two bedrooms with a double bed, a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with a shower tray.

The fantastic outdoor area is the highlight of the property, a true oasis with an inviting private pool, two poolside jacuzzis on both sides providing the perfect place to relax (pool heating and jacuzzi available as an optional extra).

As outdoor dining is essential during warm nights, you can enjoy meals with family and friends in the outdoor dining area, where a built-in barbecue is available to prepare meals on the grill.

A ping pong table and pool table are available for additional outdoor entertainment.

There is also a cozy fireplace surrounded by an olive tree, perfect for evening gatherings.

Villa is just a few steps from the street leading to The Strip, known for its excellent selection of bars, clubs and restaurants. At the end of The Strip (2 km from the villa) is the famous Praia d’Oura beach, which offers water sports and a good selection of restaurants. The colorful marina and charming historic center of Albufeira, next to Pescadores beach, as well as quality restaurants, bars and shops, are located a 5-minute drive away.

Pool heating will always be an asset to your vacation, especially when traveling with children. The water temperature when the pool heating is activated will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC higher than if there was no heating in the pool.


Changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).


Standard Security Deposit: €400 | Group deposit: €250 per person (payable by credit card only).

Please note that occupancy of this property is 22 people.
However, it is possible to accept 4 more people, who will be accommodated in extra beds.

We provide extras that meet your needs:

All extras must be paid by credit card only, at least 2 weeks before your arrival. You will receive a secure link created on our payment platform.
