Ideal for a family retreat, it promises a perfect combination of relaxation and convenience.

The ground floor features a living and dining room that invites you to relax on the comfortable sofa and enjoy family dinners around the large table.

The kitchen is well equipped with modern appliances and utensils, making it easy to prepare delicious meals.

This floor also includes a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with shower offering convenience and comfort.

The first floor features an elegant en-suite bedroom with double bed and bathtub for complete relaxation. Another bedroom with three single beds is perfect for children or friends, whilst a third bedroom with a double bed offers a warm and inviting atmosphere. There is also a spacious bathroom with bathtub on this floor, ensuring that all guests have adequate space and comfort.

Outside, you will find a delightful dining area perfect for al fresco dining, complemented by sun loungers for sunbathing and a barbecue area for enjoying delicious grilled dishes with family and friends. The highlight is undoubtedly the stunning saltwater pool, which can be heated for an additional fee, ensuring a perfect experience all year round.

Situated in a quiet area between Galé beach and the renowned village of Guia, known for its famous Piri Piri chicken restaurants, the Villa offers proximity to several restaurants and bars. The vibrant city of Albufeira, with attractions such as the Old Town, Praia dos Pescadores and the Albufeira Strip, is just a 15-minute drive away.

This villa is the ideal place to create unforgettable memories.

Changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).

If your flights are already booked or if your dates are fixed and both do not respect the property changeover day, before proceeding with the booking, please send us an inquiry so that we can confirm whether your dates can be accepted .

Pool heating will always be an asset to your vacation, especially when traveling with children. The water temperature when the pool heating is activated will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC higher than if there was no heating in the pool.

Standard Security Deposit: €500 | Groups – subject to approval with a breakage deposit in the amount of €175 per person (payable by credit card only).

Please note that the occupancy for this property is 8 persons.
However, it is possible to accept 2 more persons (1 adult + babie), who will be accommodated on extra-beds.

We provide extras that meet your needs:

- Heated Swimming Pool for just €252 per week;
- Cot for just €21 per week;
- Highchair for just €21 per week;
- Food basket: Small €45/ Medium €55/ Large €75/ Very Large €90

All extras must be paid by credit card only, at least 2 weeks before your arrival. You will receive a secure link created on our payment platform.

In accordance with current legislation, tourist taxes may be applied.
