Modern 1 bedroom holiday apartment (accommodating 3+3), located on the ground floor of the complex in Forte São João, with direct access to the pool.

Just 300 meters away is the beautiful Alemães beach. The complex shares a communal swimming pool with well-kept gardens. Located between Albufeira old town and new town, all amenities are within walking distance, including beaches, supermarkets, restaurants and bars.

The apartment is fully equipped with a comfortable bedroom: furnished with 1 double bed and 1 single bed with private bathroom. There is also a second bathroom with shower.

The apartment has been renovated and the multifunctional living room has a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, dining area and sitting area with comfortable sofas, TV and a terrace perfect for al fresco dining or enjoying a relaxing drink at sunset sun or a coffee in the morning.

The kitchen has all the modern appliances you may need during your stay.

Wi-Fi is free and there is air conditioning in the bedroom and living room.

This apartment benefits from its proximity to everything you could need for a relaxing holiday: beautiful sandy beaches (Praia dos Alemães just 300 meters away) and shops, bars and restaurants within walking distance. Places of interest include the Albufeira Strip (around 10 minutes walk) with the city's best bars and nightlife and the historic old town of Albufeira (20 minutes walk).

Changeover day for this property is Thursday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).

If your flights are already booked or if your dates are fixed and both do not respect the property changeover day, before proceeding with the booking, please send us an inquiry so we can confirm whether your dates can be accepted .

Standard Security Deposit: €300 | Group Security Deposit: €175 per person (payable by credit card only).

Please note that occupancy of this property is 3 people.

However, it is possible to accept 3 more people, who will be accommodated in extra beds.

We provide extras that meet your needs:
- Cot for just €21 per week;
- Highchair for just €21 per week;
- Food basket: Small €45/ Medium €55/ Large €75/ Very Large €90

All extras must be paid by credit card only, at least 2 weeks before your arrival. You will receive a secure link created on our payment platform.
