This oasis in the Algarve is the perfect place for you to spend your holidays with family or friends.

On the ground floor, you will find 2 bedrooms with double beds, both with private bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower. Additionally, there is a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, perfect for preparing your favorite meals.

The living and dining room is a large and welcoming space with a dining table, a comfortable sofa, two armchairs, a mini bar and a TV for moments of leisure and relaxation.

On the first floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed with a private bathroom with bathtub and a bedroom with two single beds with a private bathroom with shower, as well as a charming terrace to relax and enjoy the view.

The property offers free WiFi and air conditioning.

The exterior of the villa offers a dining table for alfresco dining, lounge chairs for relaxing in the sun, a gas barbecue ideal for family barbecues, a private pool that can be heated for an additional fee, and beautiful, manicured gardens to enjoy from nature.

Located in the Guia area, just a 5-minute drive from Algarve Shopping, which has a variety of restaurants, shops and a large supermarket.

The city of Albufeira is a 10-minute drive away. Here, you'll discover the colorful marina, charming old town, Fisherman's Beach, the Strip and a variety of quality restaurants, pubs, shops and nightlife.

Changeover day for this property is Thursday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).

If your flights are already booked or if your dates are fixed and both do not respect the property changeover day, before proceeding with the booking, please send us an inquiry so we can confirm whether your dates can be accepted .

Pool heating will always be an asset to your vacation, especially when traveling with children. The water temperature when the pool heating is activated will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC higher than if there was no heating in the pool.

Standard Security Deposit: €500 | Group Security Deposit: €250 per person (payable by credit card only).

Please note that occupancy of this property is 8 people.

However, it is possible to accept 4 more people, who will be accommodated in extra beds.

We provide extras that meet your needs:
- Heated Swimming Pool for just €320 per week;
- Cot for just €21 per week;
- Highchair for just €21 per week;
- Food basket: Small €45/ Medium €55/ Large €75/ Very Large €90

All extras must be paid by credit card only, at least 2 weeks before your arrival. You will receive a secure link created on our payment platform.

In accordance with current legislation, tourist taxes may be applied.
