Welcome, an elegant 4 bedroom villa with capacity for 9+3 guests, located in the quiet residential area of Montechoro, Albufeira. This charming villa is within walking distance of bars and restaurants, making it an excellent choice for your holiday.

On the ground floor you will find a comfortable living room with a sofa and a flat-screen TV, as well as a cozy area around the fireplace. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals during your stay, along with a dining table. Also on this floor, there is an en-suite bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, another en-suite bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom. A ping-pong table is available in the villa's central courtyard for leisure time.

Upstairs, the villa has a bedroom with a double bed and another with two single beds, both with balconies overlooking the sea. There is also an additional bathroom with shower.

Outside, you can enjoy a sun terrace next to the private pool, which can be heated for an additional fee, and a dining area with a barbecue.

The Villa offers free Wi-Fi and air conditioning in the rooms.

Located close to Albufeira's famous Strip, with its wide selection of bars and restaurants, and just 1.5 km from Praia d'Oura, this property offers the perfect base for an unforgettable holiday.

Changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).

If your flights are already booked or if your dates are fixed and both do not respect the property changeover day, before proceeding with the booking, please send us an inquiry so we can confirm whether your dates can be accepted .

Pool heating will always be an asset to your vacation, especially when traveling with children. The water temperature when the pool heating is activated will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC higher than if there was no heating in the pool.

Standard Security Deposit: €850 | Group Security Deposit: €200 per person (payable by credit card only).

Please note that occupancy of this property is 9 people.
However, it is possible to accept 3 more people, who will be accommodated in extra beds.

We provide extras that meet your needs:
- Heated Swimming Pool for just €294 per week;
- Cot for just €21 per week;
- Highchair for just €21 per week;
- Food basket: Small €45/ Medium €55/ Large €75/ Very Large €90

All extras must be paid by credit card only, at least 2 weeks before your arrival. You will receive a secure link created on our payment platform.

In accordance with current legislation, tourist taxes may be applied.
