Ascending to the first floor, you will be able to find the remaining three bedrooms. Two of these rooms are furnished with 3 single beds each, with private bathrooms—one with bath and shower and the other with a shower. The third bedroom on this floor features a cozy double bed. Additionally, and to complement this level, there is a bathroom with a bath and shower.

A secluded heatable private pool (available with an extra cost), embraced by a charming fence, awaits your enjoyment, surrounded by comfortable sun loungers that invite you to bask in the delightful Algarve sunshine. Changeover day is on Thursday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).

If your flights are already booked or if your dates are fixed and both do not respect the property changeover day, before proceeding with the booking, please send us an inquiry so we can confirm whether your dates can be accepted .

Pool Heating will always be an upgrade for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. The temperature of the water when the pool heating is activated will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC higher than if there was no pool heating.

Standard Security Deposit: €600 | Group Security Deposit: €150 per person (payable by credit card only).

Please note that occupancy of this property is 10 people.
However, it is possible to accept 2 more people, who will be accommodated in extra beds.

We provide extras that meet your needs:
-Pool heating for only €245 per week;
- Cot for just €21 per week;
- Highchair for just €21 per week;
- Food Hampers: Small €45 / Medium €55 / Large €75 / Extra Large €90
