Private villa located in one of the most prestigious areas of the Algarve, specifically located in Cerro de Águia. This majestic property features five bedrooms, a vast garden, free Wi-Fi and a private pool (heatable as an optional extra).

Four of the five bedrooms are located on the ground floor, including two en-suite bedrooms furnished with single beds, one bedroom furnished with a double bed and another bedroom furnished with two single beds. Two bathrooms support this floor.

The comfortable and bright living room is furnished with sofas, chairs and a television, so you can relax and enjoy good times with family and friends. The dining room, properly furnished, creates the perfect setting to enjoy your meals.

The kitchen is properly equipped and provides all the necessary utensils and appliances, including an oven, coffee machine, toaster and others. There is a pantry that complements the kitchen.

On the first floor of this incredible property, you will find the fifth bedroom, en-suite, furnished with a double bed and a closet.

The games room, equipped with a snooker table and a terrace with a table and chairs, will provide entertainment for all guests.

The outdoor area is truly spectacular, with magnificent gardens, a swimming pool (heated as an optional extra), sun loungers, dining table and chairs.

It offers a peaceful environment to enjoy meals with your friends and family while taking in the stunning views.

Located close to amenities such as restaurants, supermarkets and golf courses, ensuring convenience and accessibility for a delightful stay.

Car hire is recommended for this property, and we can assist with booking upon request.

Changeover day is Thursday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).

If your flights are already booked or if your dates are fixed and both do not respect the property changeover day, before proceeding with the booking, please send us an inquiry so we can confirm whether your dates can be accepted .

Pool Heating will always be an upgrade for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. The temperature of the water when the pool heating is activated will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC higher than if there was no pool heating.

Standard Security Deposit: €800 | Group Security Deposit: €150 per person (payable by credit card only).

Please note that occupancy of this property is 10 people.
However, it is possible to accept 4 more people, who will be accommodated in extra beds.

We provide extras that meet your needs:

- Heatable pool for just €280 per week;
- Cot for just €21 per week;
- Highchair for just €21 per week;
- Food Hampers: Small €45 / Medium €55 / Large €75 / Extra Large €90
