Villa is a spectacular villa, ideal for very large groups or several families holidaying together, wanting space and comfortable living at a prime location near Albufeira.
Comfortably sleeping 37 + 13 guests, this very spacious 13-bedroom property offers fantastic facilities to enjoy during your stay both inside and out, including a large heatable swimming pool, XL jacuzzi, 13 bathrooms, and more. An outdoor games area is available to enjoy with family and friends on long summer days and there are several terraces from which you can take in the stunning Algarve sunsets. Off-road parking is also available for several cars.
Set in a residential area near Albufeira with breathtaking views and a few minutes from the best golden sandy beaches, this spectacular villa, furnished and decorated to a high standard, will ensure a relaxing holiday in the sun, leaving you with amazing memories and a desire to return.
The changeover day for this property is on Saturday.
**If your flights are booked or your dates are fixed and these do not match the changeover day, please send an enquiry to confirm that they can be accepted before making a booking.**
Pool Heating will always be an upgrade for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. The temperature of the water when the pool heating is activated will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC higher than if there was no pool heating.
Standard Security Deposit: €1000 | Group Security Deposit: €200 per person (payable by credit card only).
Please note that the occupancy for this property is 37 persons.
However, it is possible to accept 13 more persons, who will be accommodated on extra-beds.
We provide extras that meet your needs:
- Heatable Pool for only €350 per week
- Jacuzzi for only €180 per week
- Cot for just €28 per week;
- High chair for just €28 per week;
- Food Hampers: Small €45 / Medium €55 / Large €75 / Extra Large €90
All extras must be paid by credit card only, at least 2 weeks prior to your arrival. You will receive a secure link created on our payment platform, and you must follow the instructions to complete the payment.
