Spacious and modern apartment (sleeping 4 + 3), located on the fourth floor of an apartment complex with lift access. Situated in the well-known resort of Vilamoura, famous for its many golf courses and stunning marina, the property is an ideal base for a holiday in the Algarve.

This 2-bedroom apartment has a comfortable living/dining area and an open plan kitchen, fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, coffee machine and many other appliances that you may require during the course of your stay. Both the master bedroom with a double bed, and the twin bedroom with 2 single beds, have their own en-suite shower room. There is also an additional guest washroom by the main living area.

The bedrooms, living room and kitchen all have access to the balcony with a seating area for relaxing with a drink or a good book, and a table and chairs is ideally placed for al fresco dining whilst enjoying the stunning views and sunsets. The complex itself has a large communal swimming pool, surrounded by extensive lawns.

Free Wi-Fi is included and there is air-conditioning in the bedrooms and living room.

Vilamoura is famous for its golf courses and marina, as well as its central location. It is the perfect spot from which to enjoy and explore the Algarve, as everything you may need is within close range. Two quality, large supermarkets, and a variety of bars and restaurants are located within a 5-minute drive. The nearest beach is located only 2.5km from the apartment.

Nearby is the acclaimed Dom Pedro Pinhal Golf Course, one of Vilamoura's renowned 5 courses of Dom Pedro's Golf collection that are a mandatory stop for golfers in the Algarve. All 5 golf courses are within a short drive of the Villa, as are several other golf courses in the area.

The Aquashow Water Park, one of the biggest in the region, is also within a 10 minute drive.

Car Hire is not a necessity, however if you would like to hire a car to explore more of the Algarve, we can help you with your request.


The changeover day for this property is set to Saturday and the minimum stay is 7 nights (and/or multiples of 7 nights).

**If your flights are already booked or if your dates are fixed and both do not respect the property changeover day, before booking, please send us an information request so we can confirm your dates can be accepted. **


Standard deposit: €300 (payable by credit card only) | Group Security: €200 per person (payable by credit card only).

Please note that the occupancy for this property is 4 persons.
However, it is possible to accept 3 more persons, who will be accommodated on extra-beds.

We provide extras that meet your needs:

- Cot for only €21 per week;
- Highchair for only €21 per week;
- Food Hampers: Small €45 / Medium €55 / Large €75 / Extra Large €90

All extras must be paid by credit card only, at least 2 weeks before your arrival. You will receive a secure link created on our payment platform, and you must follow the instructions to complete the payment.
