Villa is a wonderful traditional villa with a large swimming pool (heatable as an optional extra) and lovely garden, situated in a quiet area near Santa Eulália. Located within walking distance of all amenities including restaurants, bars, shops and the beach, this outstanding villa is perfectly located to make the most of your Albufeira holiday with family or friends.

This property has 3 twin bedrooms and 1 double bedroom, sleeping 8+2 people, as well as 3 bathrooms. There’s also a fully equipped kitchen and a living and dining room with plenty of seating.

The living room doors allow access to the lovely garden and swimming pool (heatable as an optional extra) where you can relax in the sun and enjoy al fresco meals cooked on the barbeque.

The property includes free Wi-Fi and air-conditioning.

Villa is located in a quiet street of the lively Santa Eulália area. Ideal for family groups or friends, it’s within short walking distance of all nearby amenities including a variety of shops, restaurants and bars. The beach (Praia de Santa Eulália) is within about a 15-minute walk (5-minute drive), as well as the Albufeira Strip. The Old Town is just an 8-minute drive away.

The changeover day for this property is on Thursday.

Pool Heating will always be an upgrade for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. The temperature of the water when the pool heating is activated will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC higher than if there was no pool heating.


Standard deposit: €450| Groups deposit: €250 per person (paid by credit card only).

Please note that the occupancy for this property is 8 persons.
However, it is possible to accept 2 more persons, who will be accommodated on extra-beds.

We provide extras that meet your needs:

- Heated pool for only €182 per week;
- Cot for only €21 per week;
- Highchair for only €21 per week;
- Food Hampers: Small €45 / Medium €55 / Large €75 / Extra Large €90

All the extras must be paid by credit card only, at least 2 weeks prior to your arrival. You will receive a secure link created in our financial gateway, instructions in the link must be followed to make the payment.
