Outstanding 6-bedroom villa, that comes well equipped in order to provide a dream holiday. Located in the charming area of São Rafael, this villa enjoys a close proximity to some of the most beautiful beaches in the area, as well as some of the most prestigious restaurants in the Algarve.

The villa has 6 bedrooms: 1 suite with 2 single beds and a private bathroom is located in the house loft and 2 bedrooms with double beds are located on the first floor (both with a balcony - one overlooking the pool). On the ground floor there are 2 bedrooms, one with two beds (one of them being a pull-out bed) and another bedroom with a double bed and balcony. The last bedroom is located on the lower floor and consists of two bunk beds, with a private bathroom.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the utensils and appliances you may need for home cooking. The living room is fully furnished to the highest standards of comfort, where you can enjoy your meals between family and friends in this inviting home away from home.

There is also a games room for additional entertainment on long summer days, with a pool table, table football, table tennis and a card table.

In the outdoor area you will find a beautiful swimming pool which can be heated (for an additional cost), where you can relax in the sun, surrounded by a wonderful and well-kept garden. You will also find an impressive Algarvian barbecue, perfect for outdoor grilling.

The changeover day for this property is on Thursday.

Pool Heating will always be an upgrade for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. The temperature of the water when the pool heating is activated will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC higher than if there was no pool heating.


Standard deposit: €450 | Groups deposit: €250 per person (paid by credit card only).

Please note that the occupancy for this property is 14 persons.
However, it is possible to accept 6 more persons, who will be accommodated on extra-beds.

We provide extras that meet your needs:

- Heated pool for only €245 per week;
- Cot for only €21 per week;
- Highchair for only €21 per week;
- Food Hampers: Small €45 / Medium €55 / Large €75 / Extra Large €90

All the extras must be paid by credit card only, at least 2 weeks prior to your arrival. You will receive a secure link created in our financial gateway, instructions in the link must be followed to make the payment.
