Impressive contemporary holiday villa, affording a prime location in Corcovada, only a short walk away from a wide range of renowned restaurants, 2 km from some of the Algarve's most beautiful sandy beaches and a short drive from an excellent golf course, as well as several other amenities. Relax and enjoy your holidays with breath-taking sea views!

This stunning and spacious 7-bedroom villa sleeps 14+4 guests. There are 2 bedrooms on the first floor (1 double and 1 twin bedroom – both with en-suite bathrooms) and a marvellous balcony where you can enjoy a cold drink and sea views. On the ground floor are 2 twin bedrooms, one with en-suite bathroom, and 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom are located on the lower floor.

A wonderful games room is also on the lower floor with a lounge area, table football and pool table.

The kitchen is fully equipped for home cooking with an electric hob, microwave, oven, toaster, refrigerator, kettle, washing machine and dishwasher. A spacious lounge/dining room with 2 sofas, TV and a Playstation, opens out onto an amazing terrace with a view to the swimming pool.

Air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms and lounge are included, along with free Wi-Fi.

Outside the property is completely walled and fenced, with a large south-facing swimming pool (heatable as an optional extra) with a garden, patio and a brick barbecue area, ideal for preparing meals to be enjoyed alfresco. There is plenty of space to relax and lounge around the pool or for children to play.

This fantastic villa is ideal for couples or families and is a 5-minute drive from the beautiful golden sandy beaches of Santa Eulália, Maria Luísa and Oura. This property has a sister villa next door.

The villa has easy access to Albufeira center, the Strip, Praia D’Oura and Olhos de Água, and a good choice of excellent beaches, shops, eateries, watersports and places to visit are also within easy reach.

The changeover day for this property is set on Saturday and the minimum stay is 7 nights (and / or multiples of 7 nights).

**If your flights are booked or your dates are fixed and these do not match the changeover day, please send an enquiry to confirm that they can be accepted before making a booking.**

Pool Heating will always be an upgrade for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. The temperature of the water when the pool heating is activated will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC higher than if there was no pool heating.


Standard deposit: €400 | Groups – subject to approval with a breakage deposit in the amount of €200 per person.

Please note that the occupancy for this property is 14 persons.
However, it is possible to accept 4 more persons, who will be accommodated on extra-beds.

We provide extras that meet your needs:

- Heated pool for only €203 per week;
- Cot for only €21 per week;
- Highchair for only €21 per week;
- Food Hampers: Small €45 / Medium €55 / Large €75 / Extra Large €90

Amazing. Just back from a week in the Villa a group of 14 of us. Everything about the Villa was exceptional, very spacious and immaculate. Can’t fault anything, had a great holiday. Would definitely go back. Shops restaurants within walking distance. Would highly recommend this Villa. Transfers that were organised were great. Booked a few trips and nothing was any trouble at all. Everyone we dealt with was very efficient. If your looking for a Villa look no further. Loved everything about it. Thanks to Olivia and all the team for everything

Stayed first two weeks of August, a group of 15of us. everything about this villa was excellent from start to finish. Villa was spotlessly clean and very spacious for us all. The basement rooms were also very good so no short straws drawn for them. We had a couple of requests for small things in first few days which were addressed and sorted out pretty much straight away. Nothing was too much trouble. The check in member of staff was very helpful and the transfer to and from property was great.

Villa about ten minute walk to shops, restaurants and about 15-20 minute walk from strip. Great location to be near enough to everything without being on top of it all.

Highly recommend the villa, as really can’t fault anything

Magical! We had an amazing holiday. The villa was huge and located in a quiet area but close enough to all amenities and we did t need a car. Algarve vacations who look after you during the stay were amazing. Nothing was too much trouble and they were on hand for any questions or help 24/7. Loved it
