Wonderful 4-bedroom holiday home affording a prime location in picturesque Oasis Park, one of the best condominiums of the Algarve. Perfect for families looking to enjoy a relaxing holiday in the sun, the property is just a short drive from the centre of Portimão, as well as the beautiful beaches of Vau, Alvor and Praia da Rocha.
This marvellous property has 4 bedrooms: 3 double bedrooms (1 of them en-suite) and 1 bedroom with two single beds. There are also 2 bathrooms, one with a shower and another with a bath and overhead shower. The bright and inviting living and dining room allows you to lounge comfortably and enjoy a meal with family and friends, prepared in the fully-equipped kitchen.
Outside, a delightful patio with outdoor furniture surrounded by landscaped garden areas allows the option of enjoying your meals alfresco.
The villa also includes free Wi-Fi, air-conditioning and a fantastic Games room on the lower floor where you can enjoy a game of snooker.
The Oasis Park complex has an exceptional leisure centre which includes a beautiful indoor pool (heated between November and April) and a jacuzzi for the exclusive use of Oasis Parque guests. Plenty of sun loungers are provided around the large outdoor swimming pool and smaller pool for children, and there’s a café / restaurant nearby for refreshments.
The property is located in a quiet area of Portimão and is a short walk from 2 different supermarkets and several restaurants and cafés. The beautiful beaches of Alvor, Vau or Praia da Rocha are a short drive away, as well as the charming beach town of Alvor and vibrant Portimão city centre.
Car hire is recommended, which we can help you book on request. Other transportation options are local taxis, which are always available and affordable.
The changeover day for this property is set on Thursday and the minimum stay is 7 nights (and / or multiples of 7 nights).
If your flights are already booked or if your dates are fixed and both do not respect the day of change of ownership, before making the reservation, please send us a request for information so that we can confirm whether your dates can be accepted .
Standard deposit: €350 | Groups deposit: €200 per person (paid by credit card only).
Please note that the occupancy for this property is 8 persons.
However, it is possible to accept 2 more persons, who will be accommodated on extra-beds.
We provide extras that meet your needs:
- Cot for only €21 per week;
- Highchair for only €21 per week;
- Access card to the pool from the 7th to the 10th person: €5;
- Food Hampers: Small €45 / Medium €55 / Large €75 / Extra Large €90
All the extras must be paid by credit card only, at least 2 weeks prior to your arrival. You will receive a secure link created on our payment platform.
According to local regulations, a tourist tax will be applied during your stay. This tax varies depending on the time of year:
From November 1st to March 31st: €1 per person per night.
From April 1st to October 31st, 2024: €2 per person per night.
This tax is applicable only to guests aged 13 or older, for a maximum period of 7 consecutive nights.
