This delightful apartment is a cosy 2-bedroom holiday home, in the beautiful complex of "Quinta Pedra dos Bicos" with a large communal swimming pool and well-maintained gardens. Located in a quiet area of lively Santa Eulália, Albufeira, all amenities are within a short walking distance including beautiful sandy beaches, supermarkets, restaurants, and bars.
Located on the ground floor, the apartment is fully equipped with 2 bright and spacious bedrooms: one with a double bed and another with 2 single beds, both with large built-in wardrobes with full length mirrors. It also has 2 bathrooms, one with a bath and overhead shower and another with a shower.
The inviting multi-functional living room has a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, dining area and lounge area with comfortable seating and TV for slow mornings and relaxing evenings.
A wonderful, spacious balcony with a table, chairs and sunbeds is accessed from the bedrooms and is perfect for al fresco meals and sunbathing.
Free Wi-Fi is included and air-conditioning in the living room and bedrooms.
In this beautiful complex you can enjoy a large swimming pool and well-kept gardens, where you can relax and sunbathe. These are just a short walk from the apartment building.
A highlight of this property is its excellent location, as it’s in Santa Eulália, just a few minutes’ walk from the main street where you can find a variety of shops, restaurants, bars, banks and supermarkets. It’s also a short walk to the beach and to the Albufeira Strip.
Car hire is not necessary, unless you want to discover more of the Algarve.
Other options of transportation include the local bus the Albufeira “Giro” with several routes around town and local taxis which are readily available and well-priced (for which contact information will be provided).
The changeover day for this property is set on Thursday and the minimum stay is 7 nights (and / or multiples of 7 nights).
** If your flights are already booked or if your dates are fixed and both do not respect the day of change of ownership, before making the reservation, please send us a request for information so we can confirm if your dates can be accepted. **
Standard deposit: €200 | Groups deposit: €130 per person (paid by credit card only).
Please note that the occupancy for this property is 4 persons.
However, it is possible to accept 2 more persons, who will be accommodated on extra-beds.
We provide extras that meet your needs:
- Cot for only €21 per week;
- Highchair for only €21 per week;
- Food Hampers: Small €45 / Medium €55 / Large €75 / Extra Large €90
All the extras must be paid by credit card only, at least 2 weeks prior to your arrival. You will receive a secure link created on our payment platform.
