As you enter the ground floor, you will find a large, modern kitchen, fully equipped with a fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, crockery, cutlery and utensils. The kitchen has direct access to the outside, making it easy to prepare meals al fresco. The living room is comfortable and welcoming, equipped with a TV and spacious seating areas, ideal for relaxing moments. The adjacent dining room is an elegant space, perfect for family meals. Also on the ground floor, the villa features a master suite with a double bed and en-suite shower room, as well as two twin bedrooms that share a bathroom with a bafthtub.
On the first floor, the spacious hall features a single sofa, which can be replaced with two divans, offering additional sleeping flexibility. This floor also includes a master bedroom with a double bed and a private terrace, providing a peaceful space to relax outdoors. There is a shared bathroom with a bathtub and shower, as well as an additional master suite with a double bed and en-suite shower room.
The exterior of Villa is equally impressive. The private swimming pool, which can be heated, is perfect for refreshing dips at any time of year. The outdoor dining area, equipped with a barbecue, is ideal for barbecues and dinners under the stars. If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and both do not respect the property's changeover day, before proceeding with your booking, please send us an enquiry so that we can confirm whether your dates can be accepted.
The pool heating will always be an added value for your holiday, especially when travelling with children. The water temperature when the pool heating is activated will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC higher than if there was no pool heating.

Check-in time: Thursday from 16:00 to 00:00
Check-out time: 10:00
Minimum stay is 7 days or multiples of 7 (however, there may be flexibility in low season)
Standard deposit: €600 | Group deposit: €150 per person (payable by credit card only).
A booking, insurance and archiving fee of 2.9% will be applied to the total amount of all payments: booking amounts (deposit and final balance), deposit, transfer, extras and excursions.

The 11th to 14th person will be charged an additional fee which includes an extra bed (only €154 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (infants/toddlers), a cot (only €21 each, per week).
