With a privileged location in Carvoeiro, only 100 meters distance from the beach and within walking distance of several shops and restaurants, is the perfect getaway for your holiday, consisting of 3 thoughtfully designed apartments – - one with 2 bedrooms and the other two with 3 bedrooms.

On the first floor, the apartment has 3 bedrooms, 2 of them featuring single beds and 1 with a double bed and a private bathroom. Additionally, it offers an open-space living room with a comfortable sofa and television and na equipped kitchen with all the essentials for culinary enthusiasts, as well as a bathroom with a shower.

On the the second floor, the second apartment mirrors the layout of the first, also featuring 3 bedrooms, 2 of the bedrooms featuring single beds and 1 with a double bed and a private bathroom. Additionally, it offers an open-space living room with a comfortable sofa and television and an equipped kitchen with all the essentials for culinary enthusiasts, as well as na adicional bathroom.

The third and last apartment, located on the 3rd floor, features 2 bedrooms, one with two single beds and the other with a double bed. Matching the open-space layout of the other apartments, it includes a cozy living room with a comfortable sofa and television, adjacent to a well-equipped kitchen and a charming bathroom.

On the upper terrace, which offers views of the sea, you can enjoy a fantastic and relaxing afternoon with a drink.

The lower terrace, equipped with a dining table and seating area, is ideal for gathering with friends and family and enjoying delicious meals or memorable moments.

Strategically located near Carvoeiro Beach, where an display of wonderful restaurants and thrilling water sports activities await and a little further on, the Carvoeiro Boardwalk (Passadiço de Carvoeiro) takes you on a delightful walk with breathtaking views.

Changeover day is on Thursday (however this may be flexible in low season)

**If your flights are booked or your dates are fixed and these do not match the changeover day, please send an enquiry to confirm that they can be accepted before making a booking.**

Standard Security Deposit: €850 | Group Security Deposit: €200 per person (payable by credit card only).

Please note that occupancy of this property is 16 people.

However, it is possible to accept 2 more people, who will be accommodated in extra beds.

We provide extras that meet your needs:
- Cot for just €21 per week;
- Highchair for just €21 per week;
- Food Hampers: Small €45 / Medium €55 / Large €75 / Extra Large €90

All extras must be paid by credit card only. You will receive a secure link created on our payment platform.

According to local regulations, a tourist tax will be applied during your stay. This tax varies depending on the time of year:

From November 1st to March 31st: €1 per person per night.
From April 1st to October 31st, 2024: €2 per person per night.
This tax is applicable only to guests aged 13 or older, for a maximum period of 7 consecutive nights.
